Hotel Room Reservation Update!!!!! - 2006/06/15 17:38 Riders - when making your room reservation at the Antelope Valley Inn, you are likely going to be told the hotel is full the weekend of July 7/8/9...... I just locked up two rooms, and got a report from another rider that he was turned away by the reservation clerk.

You MUST tell them you are with "Sport Bike Adventures".... that is your reservation code, this will unlock our block of rooms. If you tell them "SBA 1000" they are likely to blow you off, so be sure to use reservation code "Sport Bike Adventures".

As rooms fill up, use the buddy discussion topic to pal up with other riders to save on room cost and get your spot.

Re:Hotel Room Reservation Update!!!!! - 2006/06/19 17:16 I've just learned that the Anthony Hopkins film company will be staying at the same hotel during our event, in fact, they desperately need rooms from us or some of their people have to move out to another hotel during our weekend event.

Also, the hotel has a pool and jacuzzi. You may want to plan on some jacuzzi soak time after this ride...

Remember to book your rooms ASAP... use reservation code "Sport Bike Adventures"

Re:Hotel Room Reservation Update!!!!! - 2006/06/27 12:34 I call this Hotel for the reservation yesterday and they told me there are no more room for the bikesportadventures reservation (The Valley Inn)so I my have to drive to Lancaster and get me a small motel there. Anybody knows one? Thank You.

Re:Hotel Room Reservation Update!!!!! - 2006/06/27 16:54 Yep - I posted over in the "Room Share" forum, there are some smaller motels in Lancaster, Palmdale and Rosamond that may have some rooms available, I posted some info about the ones in Rosamond. I'll try and get additional leads for Lancaster and Palmdale and post those as well. Go check the "Room Share" forum. If you are looking to share a room, post it up over there.
